Guides
Practical guidance for setting up, framing, branding, and sharing a professional live product demo with TabStage.
Setting up a presentation
Every TabStage presentation follows the same five steps, in the Studio window that opens when you click the toolbar icon:
- Choose your product. Open the website or web app you want to present, then start TabStage from the toolbar.
- Frame it. TabStage auto-frames the tab, or fine-tune crop, scale, padding, radius, shadow, and the browser frame.
- Brand it. Add a solid, gradient, or image background, drop in your company logo, and style your webcam.
- Save the scene. Save the complete setup as a scene so you can load it again without rebuilding it.
- Go fullscreen. Enter presentation mode or fullscreen and share the Studio window.
Presenting it well
When you share your screen, choose the TabStage Studio window in your meeting tool's share dialog — not the original source tab. Once you're sharing the Studio, switch back to the source tab and use it normally; your audience keeps seeing the styled Studio output, because that's the window being shared. Use Enter presentation mode to hide the editing controls, or fullscreen to fill the display, and press Escape to leave either one. Full step-by-step detail is on the Support page.
